1.1. When you register to use the iSuzhou service, your common device information and your network identity information will be collected as your identity as an iSuzhou user to provide you with corresponding network services.
1.2. In order to make the network service environment fair, safe and healthy, iSuzhou will collect your operating system, hardware, process, network service crash records and other information, in order to prevent acts that interfere with and damage normal network services (such as piracy, plug-in, cheating, etc.).
1.3. According to relevant laws, regulations and policies, users need to carry out real name authentication (which may include name, ID number, mobile phone number, etc.) before continuing to use relevant network services. Real name identity information is sensitive information. Yueyou Network will collect this information only when you actively provide or obtain your consent. 1.4. In the process of using iSuzhou service, in order to facilitate you to view your personal history on the customer service side, iSuzhou will collect your log information, specifically including listing log, item log, game log, etc. At the same time, log information may be used for operational statistics and analysis, customer service complaint handling, and security analysis to provide you with a better network service experience. In addition, iSuzhou may synchronize the above information to a later version of the network service or other products you may use in the future.
1.5. To ensure your normal use of iSuzhou services, improve your service experience, and ensure the security of your account, iSuzhou will collect your device ID, device name, device version and type, IP address, MAC address, application ID, system version, network type, and other information.

If you want to find the venue activity address or other factors, iSuzhou service will apply for collecting your geographic location information for map navigation, etc. After you authorize, it will provide you with corresponding functions. Geographic location information is sensitive information. Refusing to provide this information may cause you to be unable to use this function, but it does not affect your normal use of other functions of iSuzhou service. You can also cancel your geographic location information authorization at any time according to the relevant guidelines.

In order to purify the network service environment and provide a healthy network environment, when you communicate and interact with other users through text, voice, pictures and videos, iSuzhou may collect and store the above information to filter inappropriate content such as violence, abuse, pornography, politics and malicious advertising.

As the network services provided by iSuzhou need to be updated and improved constantly, if a function is in the above description and has collected your information, please understand that iSuzhou will separately explain the content, scope and purpose of information collection to you through page prompts, interactive processes, website announcements and other ways to obtain your consent

At present, in addition to collecting research information related to network services from third-party research institutions to help iSuzhou improve its service quality, iSuzhou will not actively obtain your personal information from a third party other than iSuzhou. a) This app integrates Aurora+SDK. Aurora+SDK needs to collect the user's device Mac address, unique device ID (IMEI/android ID/IDFA/OPENUID/GUID, SIM card IMSI information) to provide statistical analysis services, and calibrate the accuracy of report data through geographical location to provide basic anti fraud capabilities;
b) This website integrates Aurora+SDK. Aurora+SDK needs to collect collection device identifiers (IMEI/Mac/android ID/IDFA/OPENUID/GUID, SIM card IMSI information) to uniquely identify devices so as to push messages to target devices. Collect geographic locations to identify push channels and improve the regional coverage of message push;
c) In order to provide users with [location based related] functions/services, this APP integrates the [Baidu Map Positioning] SDK. When providing [Location] function/service to users, [Baidu Maps SDK] needs to collect and use [device information, location information, WLAN and other sensor information] of users. Please read the Privacy Policy of Baidu Maps Open Platform carefully for details;
e. If you obtain software and access iSuzhou services through platforms such as APP intermodal channels (such as branded mobile phones or third-party app stores), some channels will access the intermodal channel SDK in the software for logging in to our APP through this channel. In order to ensure that you can successfully log in to the APP and use related services, you need to authorize the channel SDK to provide corresponding services; After your authorization, the channel party will collect your relevant personal information. With respect to the type, purpose, personal information protection rules and exit mechanism of the information collected by the channel, please refer to the specific intermodal channel through which you obtain the software and the privacy policy terms of the corresponding intermodal SDK in the table below to understand the specific user information collected by the channel SDK, the scope of use, and the legal liability it bears.
f. Tips for sharing information
Some of the iSuzhou service functions we provide allow you to publicly share your relevant information with all users who also use this service. This includes the information you upload or publish in the iSuzhou service (including your public personal information and your photos), your responses to the information uploaded or published by others, and the location data and log information related to these information. Other users using iSuzhou services may also share information about you (including location data and log information). In particular, our chat system in APP is designed to enable you to share information with other users, so that shared information can be transmitted in real time and widely. As long as you do not delete the shared information, the relevant information will remain in the public domain; Even if you delete the shared information, the relevant information may still be independently cached, copied or stored by other users or a third party not under our control, or saved in the public domain by other users or such third party. You have multiple ways to control your personal information in this APP, including: you can access, correct, delete your personal information in this game (except for the information that is prohibited to be changed or deleted according to the laws of the People's Republic of China), or withdraw the authorization you have agreed to; At the same time, you can also log off your iSuzhou account and erase all your information in all iSuzhou APPs.

当本APP停止运营或根据本《隐私政策》我们不再保存您信息时，存储个人信息的电子档案将被永久删除，我们会采取合理措施确保个人信息不能被恢复。如根据法律规定我们应继续保存您的个人信息，这部分个人信息也将与其它类型信息隔离保存。

iSuzhou使用多方面多角度的安全保护措施，以确保用户的个人信息得到合理安全的保护，防止信息的泄露、丢失、未经授权访问和披露、不当使用等。包括技术保护手段、管理制度监管控制、安全体系保障等诸多方面。iSuzhou努力为用户的信息安全提供保障。
iSuzhou建立了专门的流程、管理制度用于保障个人信息安全。例如，访问信息的人员范围被严格限制，iSuzhou要求他们遵守保密义务，违反保密义务的人员将受到相应处罚。
iSuzhou也会提供多种安全功能来协助您保护个人信息安全，不断采用更先进安全的技术手段对您的个人信息进行保护。iSuzhou使用的技术手段包括但不限于防火墙、去标识化或匿名化处理、加密（例如SSL）等。同时，iSuzhou提醒您在使用网络服务时充分保护个人信息。
2.信息安全事件处置措施
iSuzhou对于安全事件都准备了对应的应急预案，若发生个人信息泄露等安全事件，iSuzhou会采取对应措施，以阻止安全事件扩大。若发生个人信息泄露等安全事件，iSuzhou会启动应急预案，阻止安全事件扩大。安全事件发生后，会以公告、推送通知或邮件等形式告知您安全事件的基本情况、即将或已经采取处理方案和对您的应对建议。如果难以实现逐一告知，iSuzhou将通过公告等方式发布警示。
四、iSuzhou 如何分享、转让或披露您的个人信息
除本《隐私政策》规定的情形之外，我们不会主动分享、转让、披露您的个人信息至iSuzhou以外的第三方，如存在其他分享、转让、披露您的个人信息或您需要我们将您的个人信息分享、转让、披露至iSuzhou以外的第三方情形时，我们会直接或确认该第三方征得您对上述行为的明示同意。
（一）我们如何分享您的信息
我们遵照法律法规的规定，对个人信息的分享进行严格限制。除非第2.3条约定的情形，或者我们获得您的明确同意，我们不会与其他任何公司、组织和个人分享您的个人信息。基于以下情形，我们会征求您对共享个人信息的授权您同意：
1、维护和改善我们的产品或服务。我们可能向合作伙伴及其他第三方分享您的信息，以帮助我们为您提供更有针对性、更完善的服务，包括：为寄送赠品之目的，向物流服务商提供对应的订单信息；为实名验证之目的，向通讯服务提供商提供对应的联系信息；
2、iSuzhou为用户提供丰富的网络互动活动，为便于您参与互动活动并获取互动奖品，iSuzhou通常要求您在联系方法(通讯地址和电话)之外，还要根据其个人兴趣填写表格。此类信息被iSuzhou用来累积其用户的数据。是否提供所要求的信息和参加此类活动，这完全由您自行决定；
3、为履行我们在本《隐私政策》或我们与您达成的其他协议中的义务的目的；
4、您使用iSuzhou服务时，同时会使用到为我们提供部分其他服务的SDK。上述SDK可能为提供上述服务之目的，收集您的个人信息。SDK列表如附件。SDK承担的法律责任等具体情况请参见SDK运营方的隐私政策；
a)本APP集成极光+SDK，极光+SDK需要收集用户的设备Mac地址、唯一设备识别码（IMEI/android ID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID、SIM卡IMSI信息）以提供统计分析服务，并通过地理位置校准报表数据准确性，提供基础反作弊能力；
b)本网站集成极光+SDK，极光+SDK需要收集采集设备标识符(IMEI/Mac/android ID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID、SIM卡IMSI信息)，用于唯一标识设备，以便向目标设备推送消息。采集地理位置甄别推送通道，提高消息推送的区域覆盖率；
c)为了向用户提供【基于位置的相关】功能/服务，本APP集成了【百度地图定位】SDK。在向用户提供【定位】功能/服务时，【百度地图SDK】需要收集、使用用户的【设备信息、位置信息、WLAN及其他传感器信息】，具体请仔细阅读《百度地图开放平台隐私权政策》进行了解；
5、如果您是通过APP联运渠道（如品牌手机或第三方应用商店）等平台获取软件、接入iSuzhou服务的，部分渠道会在软件中接入联运渠道SDK，用于通过该渠道登录我们的APP。为了保证您能顺利登录APP并使用相关服务，您需要授权渠道方SDK提供对应的服务；在您授权后，渠道方将收集您相关的个人信息。关于渠道方所收集的信息种类、用途、个人信息保护的规则及退出机制等，请根据您获取软件的具体联运渠道，参照下表中对应联运SDK隐私政策条款，了解该渠道SDK具体收集的用户信息及使用范围，以及其承担的法律责任。
6、有关分享信息的提示
我们提供的部分iSuzhou服务功能，可让您与同样使用该项服务的所有用户公开分享您的相关信息。包括，您在iSuzhou服务中所上传或发布的信息（包括您公开的个人信息、您的照片）、您对其他人上传或发布的信息做出的回应，以及包括与这些信息有关的位置数据和日志信息。使用iSuzhou服务的其他用户也有可能分享与您有关的信息（包括位置数据和日志信息）。特别是我们的APP内聊天系统，是专为使您可以与其他用户共享信息而设计，从而使共享信息可实时、广泛的传递。只要您不删除共享信息，有关信息便一直留存在公众领域；即使您删除共享信息，有关信息仍可能由其他用户或不受我们控制的第三方独立地缓存、复制或储存，或由其他用户或该等第三方在公众领域保存。因此，请您认真考虑您通过我们的产品或服务上传、发布和交流的信息内容。您也可通过我们某些服务的隐私设定来控制有权浏览您的共享信息的用户范围。
（二）我们如何转让您的信息
我们遵照法律法规的规定，对个人信息的转让进行严格限制。在没有获得您的明确同意之前，我们不会与其他任何公司、组织和个人转让您的个人信息。

我们高度重视未成年人个人信息的保护问题，并持续探索更新的未成年人个人信息保护方式。我们会积极按照国家防沉迷政策要求，通过启用防沉迷系统保护未成年人的合法权益。我们会通过实名身份信息校验判断相关账号的实名信息是否为未成年人，进而决定是否将此账号纳入到防沉迷体系中。若您是未成年人的法定监护人，请您关注您所监护的未成年人是否是在取得您的授权同意之后使用我们的服务或提供其个人信息。如果您对您所监护的未成年人的个人信息有疑问，请通过第九条的联系方式与我们联系。
七、您管理个人信息的权利
您对您在本APP中的个人信息享有多种方式的控制权，包括：您可以访问、更正、删除您在本app中的个人信息（根据中华人民共和国法律禁止更改或删除的信息除外），也可以撤回之前已同意的授权；同时您也可以注销您的iSuzhou账号，抹除您在iSuzhou全部APP中的所有信息。
八、本《隐私政策》如何更新
如发生业务功能变更、个人信息出境情况变更、使用目的变更、个人信息保护联络方式变更等情形，我们将对本《隐私政策》进行相应的修订，并通过弹窗、推送通知等方式及时向您告知，并重新获得您的同意，只有在您确认并接收变更后的《隐私政策》后，我们才会依据变更后的《隐私政策》收集、使用、处理和存储您的个人信息；如您不同意变更后的内容，您可以选择停止使用我们的服务。
