User Registration Agreement

Dear users：
welcome to use services provided by iSuzhou Service Platform for Foreigners in Suzhou (hereinafter referred to as "iSuzhou"). Before use, please read the following service agreement; by using this application, you agree to accept the agreement, and the agreement will take legal effect; especially terms on the exemption from or restriction of iSuzhou's liabilities, please read carefully. If you have any questions, you may consult iSuzhou.

1. Confirmation and Acceptance of Terms of Service
By visiting or using the application, the user agrees to accept all conditions and terms of the agreement.

2. Changes and Revisions of Terms of Service
iSuzhou is entitled to revise its terms of service as necessary. Once the terms of service are changed, the revised content will be prompted on the important page. If the user does not agree with the revised content, the user can give up the obtained information service of the application. If the user continues to enjoy the information service of the application, it will be deemed that the user accepts changes to the terms. The application reserves the right to change or suspend services without notifying users from time to time. The application may exercise the right to modify or suspend services without being responsible for users or third parties.

3. User Activities

3.1 User account, password and safety
You can use our product functions without signing up and logging on to the account.

3.2 Activities not allowed for account registration
(1) Do not sign up with a real name, brand, stage name, or pen name of a leader of the Party or the State or other social celebrity;
(2) Impersonate any person or institution, or falsely claim or misrepresent a name associated with any person or institution;
(3) Do not sign up with a name close or similar to the names of other netizens;
(4) Do not sign up with an uncivilized or unhealthy name or a name containing discriminatory, insulting or obscene words;
(5) Do not sign up with a name that is ambiguous and can cause misunderstandings.

3.3 The user may not release the following illegal information and photos on the application:
(1) Object to basic principles determined in the Constitution;
(2) Endanger national security, divulge national secrets, subvert the state power, and damage national unity;
(3) Damage national honor and interests;
(4) Incite ethnic hatred or ethnic discrimination, or undermine ethnic unity;
(5) Damage national religious policies, and publicize cults and feudal superstitions;
(6) Spread rumors, disrupt social order, and undermine social stability;
(7) Spread obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, homicide, terrorism or instigate crimes;
(8) Insult or defame others, infringe on legal interests of others;
(9) Contain other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations;
(10) Prohibit harassing, defaming, threatening, and phishing other users of the website;
(11) Strictly prohibit inciting illegal assemblies, associations, parades, demonstrations, and gatherings to disrupt social order;
(12) Strictly prohibit releasing documents or information that may prejudice the rights of third parties, such as (including but not limited to): virus code, hacker program, software cracking registration information.
(13) Prohibit uploading works of others. Including works of others downloaded or collected by you from the Internet or their screenshots;
(14) Prohibit uploading advertisements, banners, logos, and other network pictures.

4. Content of Service
The specific content of the service is provided by iSuzhou according to the actual situation, iSuzhou may change the service it provides, and the content of the service provided by iSuzhou may change from time to time. The software is a free application, and during the use of users, the software will not collect any fees in any manner or name.

Privacy Policy
1. Explanation of User Information Disclosure
It is a basic policy of iSuzhou to respect the privacy of users. Therefore, without legal authorization of users, iSuzhou will not disclose, edit or reveal his/her registration information and non-public content saved in the application, unless:

(1) Required by relevant laws and regulations or legal service procedures of iSuzhou;
(2) To protect the rights and interests of users and the public in case of emergency;
(3) To protect the trademark right, patent right and any other legal rights of iSuzhou;
(4) Other situations where personal information needs to be disclosed, edited or revealed.

In case of the following (including but not limited to) several situations, iSuzhou is entitled to use the personal information of users:
(1) In case of promotion or lottery draw, iSuzhou may share the personal information of users with sponsors, and in such case, iSuzhou will give prompts before the users' information is sent, and the users may terminate the transmission process through non-participation;
(2) iSuzhou may match user information with third-party data;
(3) iSuzhou will, by revealing aggregate user statistics, describe services of iSuzhou to future partners, advertisers and other third parties and for other legal purposes.

2. Scope of Application of Privacy Policy
(1) Personal identity information left by the users when using the application server;
(2) Various information transmitted between them and other users or non-users through this application server;
(3) Various information of other users or non-users that the application shares with business partners;
(4) iSuzhou Software pays much attention to the protection of users' privacy, and establishes a Privacy Policy; based on the Privacy Policy, if the users confirm and agree to use services provided by iSuzhou Software, it will be deemed to have accepted the Privacy Policy.

3. Disclosure and Sharing of Information
iSuzhou will not intentionally disclose, lease or sell personal information of users to any third party, unless:
(1) Users personally agree to share the information with third parties;
(2) Only if the personal information of users is disclosed, some product and service required by users may be provided;
(3) Provide at the request of the subject providing products or services on behalf of the application (unless otherwise notified by us, the subject is not entitled to use relevant personal information of users for purposes other than the provision of products and services): provide as required by laws and regulations or administrative orders; provide due to the external audit need; users violated the terms of service of the application or relevant use provisions of any other product and service; with the evaluation of the site, user's account is risky and needs to be protected.

4. Non-personal Privacy Information
To improve the technologies and services of iSuzhou Software, and provide users with better service experience, iSuzhou may independently collect and use or provide third parties with non-personal privacy information of users.

Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of APP
Welcome to use iSuzhou APP; please carefully read the following content.
1. It is a basic principle to protect the personal information of users; we will take reasonable measures to protect the personal information of users. Unless specified by laws and regulations, we will not disclose or reveal personal information to third parties without the consent of users. APP uses a professional encrypted storage and transmission mode for relevant information to protect the personal information security of users; if you choose to agree to use the APP, it means that you recognize and accept the terms of service of the APP as updated from time to time.

2. We will use your functions below: Wi-Fi network, cellular communication network, and mobile phone base station data. If you disallow the APP to use the said relevant services and functions, you will assume the consequences of the inability to obtain or enjoy corresponding services of APP on your own.

3. To provide better customer services, we will collect some information regarding equipment-level incidents (such as collapse) based on technical necessity, but such information is insufficient for us to identify you. To enable the APP to offer more accurate positioning services, we may collect and deal with information regarding your actual location (such as GPS signal sent by a mobile device), Wi-Fi access point, and base station location information. We will take technical protection measures for the foregoing information to protect such information from being obtained by third parties to the maximum extent; meanwhile, you may independently choose to reject such information we collect based on the technical necessity, and independently assume the consequences of the inability to obtain or enjoy corresponding services of the APP.

4. When you use our products or services, we may: request you to provide personal information, such as name, email address, phone number and contact address, and other similar personal information that needs to be provided when you sign up or apply for services; by using our products and services, you agree with our collection and reasonable use of such information. You may independently choose to reject or give up the use of relevant products or services.

5. If, due to your own activities or force majeure or other similar situations, content above that may involve your privacy or you believe is private information is revealed, disclosed, or obtained, used, or transferred by third parties, etc., you shall independently assume the adverse consequences, and we shall not bear any responsibility for this.

6. We have the final interpretation right for the said terms.

1. 服务条款的确认和接受
通过访问或使用本应用，表示用户同意接受本协议的所有条件和条款。

2. 服务条款的变更和修改
iSuzhou有权在必要时修改服务条款，服务条款一旦发生变更，将会在重要页面上提示修改内容。如果不同意所改动的内容，用户可以放弃获得的本应用信息服务。如果用户继续享用本应用的信息服务，则视为接受服务条款的变更。本应用保留随时修改或中断服务而不需要通知用户的权利。本应用行使修改或中断服务的权利，不需对用户或第三方负责。

3. 用户行为
3.1 用户账号、密码和安全
您无需注册登录账号即可使用我司产品功能。

3.2 账号注册时的禁止行为
（1）请勿以党和国家领导人或其他社会名人的真实姓名、字号、艺名、笔名注册；
（2）冒充任何人或机构，或以虚伪不实的方式谎称或使人误认为与任何人或任何机构有关的名称；
（3）请勿注册和其他网友之名相近、相仿的名字；
（4）请勿注册不文明、不健康名字，或包含歧视、侮辱、猥亵类词语的名字；
（5）请勿注册易产生歧义、引起他人误解的名字；

3.3 用户在本应用上不得发布下列违法信息和照片：
（1）反对宪法所确定的基本原则的；
（2）危害国家安全，泄露国家秘密，颠覆国家政权，破坏国家统一的；
（3）损害国家荣誉和利益的；
（4）煽动民族仇恨、民族歧视，破坏民族团结的；
（5）破坏国家宗教政策，宣扬邪教和封建迷信的；
（6）散布谣言，扰乱社会秩序，破坏社会稳定的；
（7）散布淫秽、色情、赌博、暴力、凶杀、恐怖或者教唆犯罪的；
（8）侮辱或者诽谤他人，侵害他人合法权益的；
（9）含有法律、行政法规禁止的其他内容的；
（10）禁止骚扰、毁谤、威胁、仿冒网站其他用户；
（11）严禁煽动非法集会、结社、游行、示威、聚众扰乱社会秩序；
（12）严禁发布可能会妨害第三方权益的文件或者信息，例如（包括但不限于）：病毒代码、黑客程序、软件破解注册信息。
（13）禁止上传他人作品。其中包括你从互联网上下载、截图或收集的他人的作品；
（14）禁止上传广告、横幅、标志等网络图片；

4. 服务内容
本服务的具体内容由iSuzhou根据实际情况提供，iSuzhou可以对其提供的服务予以变更，且iSuzhou提供的服务内容可能随时变更。该软件属于免费应用，用户使用过程中，本软件不会以任何方式、名义收取任何费用。

隐私条款

1.用户信息公开情况说明
1.1 尊重用户个人隐私是iSuzhou的一项基本政策。所以，iSuzhou不会在未经合法用户授权时公开、编辑或透露其注册资料及保存在本应用中的非公开内容，除非有下列情况：
（1）有关法律规定或iSuzhou合法服务程序规定；
（2）在紧急情况下，为维护用户及公众的权益；
（3）为维护iSuzhou的商标权、专利权及其他任何合法权益；
（4）其他需要公开、编辑或透露个人信息的情况；

1.2 在以下（包括但不限于）几种情况下，iSuzhou有权使用用户的个人信息：
（1）在进行促销或抽奖时，iSuzhou可能会与赞助商共享用户的个人信息，在这些情况下iSuzhou会在发送用户信息之前进行提示，并且用户可以通过不参与来终止传送过程；
（2）iSuzhou可以将用户信息与第三方数据匹配；
（3）iSuzhou会通过透露合计用户统计数据，向未来的合作伙伴、广告商及其他第三方以及为了其他合法目的而描述iSuzhou的服务；

2.隐私权政策适用范围
（1）用户在使用本应用服务器时留下的个人身份信息；
（2）用户通过本应用服务器与其他用户或非用户之间传送的各种资讯；
（3）本应用与商业伙伴共享的其他用户或非用户的各种信息；
（4）iSuzhou软件十分注重保护用户的个人隐私，并制定了《隐私政策》，用户亦可以通过《隐私政策》，用户确认并同意使用iSuzhou软件提供的服务将被视为接受《隐私政策》。

3.资讯公开与共享
iSuzhou不会将用户的个人信息和资讯故意透露、出租或出售给任何第三方。但以下情况除外：
（1）用户本人同意与第三方共享信息和资讯;
（2）只有透露用户的个人信息和资讯，才能提供用户所要求的某种产品和服务;
（3）应代表本应用提供产品或服务的主体的要求提供（除非我们另行通知，否则该等主体无权将相关用户个人信息和资讯用于提供产品和服务之外的其他用途）：根据法律法规或行政命令的要求提供;因外部审计需要而提供;用户违反了本应用服务条款或任何其他产品及服务的使用规定;经本站评估，用户的帐户存在风险，需要加以保护。

4.非个人隐私信息
为了改善iSuzhou软件的技术和服务，向用户提供更好的服务体验，iSuzhou或可会自行收集使用或向第三方提供用户的非个人隐私信息。

APP服务及隐私条款

欢迎您使用iSuzhou APP，以下内容请仔细阅读。

1、保护用户个人信息是一项基本原则，我们将会采取合理的措施保护用户的个人信息。除法律法规规定的情形外，未经用户许可我们不会向第三方公开、透漏个人信息。APP对相关信息采用专业加密存储与传输方式，保障用户个人信息安全，如果您选择同意使用APP软件，即表示您认可并接受APP服务条款及其可能随时更新的内容。

2、我们将会使用您的以下功能：WIFI网络、蜂窝通信网络、手机基站数据等。如果您禁止APP使用以上相关服务和功能，您将自行承担不能获得或享用APP相应服务的后果。

3、为了提供更好的客户服务，基于技术必要性收集一些有关设备级别事件（例如崩溃）的信息，但这些信息并不能够让我们识别您的身份。为了能够让APP定位服务更精确，可能会收集并处理有关您实际所在位置信息（例如移动设备发送的GPS信号），WI-FI接入点和基站位置信息。我们将对上述信息实施技术保护措施，以最大程度保护这些信息不被第三方非法获得，同时，您可以自行选择拒绝我们基于技术必要性收集的这些信息，并自行承担不能获得或享用APP相应服务的后果。

4、在您使用我们的产品或服务的过程中，我们可能：需要您提供个人信息，如姓名、电子邮件地址、电话号码、联系地址等以及注册或申请服务时需要的其它类似个人信息；您对我们的产品和服务使用即表明您同意我们对这些信息的收集和合理使用。您可以自行选择拒绝、放弃使用相关产品或服务。

5、由于您的自身行为或不可抗力等情形，导致上述可能涉及您隐私或您认为是私人信息的内容发生被泄露、批漏，或被第三方获取、使用、转让等情形的，均由您自行承担不利后果，我们对此不承担任何责任。
